Drummer Tobias Gustafsson hat die folgende Neuigkeit im offiziellen "Vomitory"-Forum gepostet:
"During the last couple of months we've all been writing the occacional riffs and I've been sporadically working on 2-3 songs but I was never inspired or determined enough to finish any of them. Until this weekend. I did the last touch on the first song last night, and I just completed the second song this evening. Erik is working on a couple of lyrics, but I'm not sure how far he has come with 'em yet. He's still on vacation in a far more sunny country than Sweden is this time of year.
The first song I wrote is pretty heavy and has a sludgy 2-beat, just like "Rebirth Of The Grotesque" from our last album. A lot of heads will bang to this one for sure. The second one is a really fast and intense fucker in the "Corpsegrinder Experience"-vein. Our Vader-influences really shine through at times in this one. I just need to come up with a proper ending for the song, then it's done.
Will start working on number 3 right away, and I already have like a minute and a half for that one. It starts off really heavy and groovy and will later burst out in a 6/8 blast beat - something that we've never had before, as far as I can remember.
This feels fucking awesome!
